As lingual practitioners are well aware, there is zero tolerance for torque in any lingual straight wire system.  Pre-made lingual mushroom arch-forms are available but not recommended, as the offset needs to be specific to your patient.  We recommend that you use a lingual arch form without an offset, eliminating the need to buy many different sizes and needing to adjust pre-made offsets to fit your patient.  Less forming, in turn lessens the chance of torque the wire, as perfect symmetry is your aim.
