Orders/Shipments
- All items are shipped F.O.B. Ivyland, PA USA. Back orders
will be shipped within approximately three to four weeks
of receipt of your order.
- Domestic shipments are accompanied by an itemized invoice
with payment due within 30 days.
- All international orders are shipped freight collect.
However, you may elect to utilize a shipping agent of your
choice and make payment arrangements with your shipping
agent.
- Adenta USA ships your order according to your purchase
order whenever possible.
If a carrier is not specified on your purchase or order,
Adenta USA will automatically ship via
United Parcel Service (UPS).
- Shipment will be organized when 90 percent or more of
the order is available. The remaining items, if any, will
be back ordered and a shipment date will be provided with
the original shipment.
Billing Policies
Policies, prices and terms are subject to change without
notice. All orders are accepted on the basis that payment
will be made within 30 days of invoice date. Any invoice or
other outstanding balance not paid within 30 days will be
subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. Adenta USA
management reserves the right to place a credit hold or C.O.D.
on any account that is past due.
Payment Options
Checks may be made payable to Adenta USA, Inc. Bank wire
drafts may be made to our bank account.
Discounts
Volume discounts are available.
For a personal discount program, please contact your sales
representative.
Customer Returns
- Products may be returned for credit within 60 days of
shipment. We require that:

Products are unused, in original
packaging and resalable condition; |

The following are enclosed: a copy of the
original invoice, a Return Autho rization Number obtained
from Adenta USA and a written reason for return. |
- Items returned should be shipped prepaid and insured.
- Customized specially ordered products
can NOT be returned.
- Incorrect orders/shipments must be returned within 30
days.
